Creating Entitlements and Assigning Milestones
To create entitlement processes and assign milestones, perform the following steps.
1. Go to SFDC Setup.
2. Search for the Entitlement Process.
3. Click New Entitlement Process to create the entitlement process and make it Active.
4. In the Milestone section, click New to add the milestone.
