Product Service Campaign Data Model
Product Service Campaign (PSC) is a high-level term used for various types of asset-focused work, including changes in the field, modifications, recall management, and upgrades.
The PSC functionality in Asset 360 provides a method and interface for locating specific assets based on trackable requirements. It also provides a way to utilize the PSC Item to produce actionable output for fulfilling the service campaign's needs.
Assets affected are associated with a campaign using Product Service Campaign Items.
Product Service Campaign, Product Service Campaign Item, Asset, Case, Work Order, Return Order, Return Order Line Item, Opportunity, and Opportunity Product are native Salesforce objects. Asset Notification is an Asset 360 object.
PSC Configuration, PSC Search Definition, PSC Engine Log, and Technical Attribute Templates are stored in the custom objects in Asset 360. PSC Configurations associated with PSC and execution logs are related to PSC.
