Depot Management Data Model
The Depot Finder engine enables the users to setup Depot Locations in the system. When return orders are created in the system, the system finds the Depots based on the rules defined.
The location represents a Depot Location. Location Services represents the rules the system supports.
Depot finder helps identify the right depot location when an Asset or component needs to be returned based on Location or Product attributes. It helps optimize Return Order creation, improve customer experience by reducing wait time and clicks, and increasing productivity.
Depot finder settings: It enables admins to set the settings for Depot Finder so that the end-users get the correct location services for the return assets.
Location services: It allows end-users to get the correct locations as per the matching results.
