Before Installing Agent PTC RV&S
Before you install the Agent PTC RV&S, consider the following:
• PTC RV&S server is configured properly.
• You should be a part of the applicable user groups and have the applicable permissions.
• The
PTC RV&S Agent
13.5.0.0 installer is not bundled with supported JDK. Ensure that you install the supported JDK version before you begin installation of
PTC RV&S Agent
13.5.0.0. For supported JDK version, see the
PTC Release Advisor.
• If you are installing Agent PTC RV&S on Linux, ensure that the first entry in the environment variable points to the path of a supported version of JDK.
