August 2023 Release Notes—Identity Migration
Summary of Changes
On August 31, 2023, PTC will release an update to our identity systems. These changes are designed to ensure that PTC is using the latest in secure identity management technology paving the way for future enhancements to Single Sign-on (SSO) and other features. As part of this update, all users who do not have SSO are required to reset their passwords on August 31, 2023.

You are required to reset your password on August 31, 2023, even if you have changed it before the release date.

Users with SSO will not be affected. PTC has already reached out directly to customer administrators through emails to address any changes that are required for SSO, and no further action is required from them.
