Deleting a Demand Forecast
Remove a demand forecast that is no longer needed from the Demand Forecasting list.
You can delete a demand forecast from the list view using the actions menu. This action removes the forecast and its associated data permanently.

Prerequisites

• You must have access to the Demand Forecasting module in PTC Orbit.
• At least one demand forecast must exist in the system.

Perform the following steps to delete a demand forecast.
1. Navigate to Demand Forecasting from the left navigation menu.
The Demand Forecasting list page is displayed.
2. Locate the forecast you want to delete. Optionally, use the Filter fields to search for the forecast.
3. Click the more actions icon (three vertical dots) in the row of the forecast you want to delete.
A context menu displays with Edit and Delete options.
4. Click Delete.
A confirmation dialog appears asking you to confirm the deletion.
5. Confirm the deletion when prompted.
The forecast is removed from the Demand Forecasting list.
The demand forecast is permanently deleted and no longer appears in the Demand Forecasting list.
