To Define the Simplified Representation for Plates
Click PDX Tools > View > Plates and one of the following options to define the plates simplified representation:
• Design View—Display the die set in the representation 00_DESIGN_STATE. This style is useful when creating components which are prompting for references on the strip. To modify the name of the state, set the configuration option NAME_DESIGN_STATE.
• Master View—Display the die set in the master representation.
• Moving Half—Display the die set in the simplified representation 01_MOVING_HALF. To modify the name of the state, set the configuration option NAME_MOVING_HALF.
• Fixed Half—Display the die set in the representation 01_FIXED_HALF. To modify the name of the state, set the configuration option NAME_FIXED_HALF.
Add a plate to the moving half—Add plates to the moving half.
• Add a plate to the fixed half—Add plates to the fixed half.
