About Strip Wizard Tooling Operations
From the Strip Wizard dialog box, you can change the tooling settings. Click Model and then click one of the commands described below:
Modules—The Modules dialog box opens from which you can define the curves that represent modules and the die set.
From the Modules tab, set the following values for all modules:
Overall Offset—Offset before the strip
Height—Height of each module.
From the Modules tab, set the following values for each module:
Offset X—Offset of the module to the predecessor module.
Length—Length of the module.
Distance from Top—Distance of the module to the top border of the strip.
Distance from Bottom—Distance of the module to the bottom border of the strip.
From the Die Set tab, set the following values for each module:
Create Curve—Select this check box to create a module curve.
Offset Before—Offset before the die set curve.
Offset After—Offset after the die set curve.
Offset Above—Offset above the die set curve.
Offset Below—Offset below the die set curve.
More Tooling menu settings are available when you set PDX configuration options, located in <PDX>\configuration\StripDefinition.cfg or in <PDX>\text\<language>\PDX80_StripDefinition.txt.
