产品兼容性信息
Release Advisor 是所有 PTC 产品系统要求和兼容性信息的主要来源。如需查看当前 PTC 产品的版本一览表，或准备升级至 PTC 产品的新版本，那么 Release Advisor 可协助您获取所需信息。
要查找系统要求或兼容性信息：
1. 登录 Release Advisor。
2. 在“主要产品”页面上，执行以下步骤：
a. 在“主要产品”页面上的“产品系列”字段中，选择 Windchill。
b. 在“产品”字段中，选择 Windchill Navigate。
c. 在“版本”字段中，选择要查看或升级到的版本。
d. 单击“添加”。
e. 单击“下一步”。

硬件规模度量

ThingWorx 要求和 Windchill Navigate 许可
在安装 Windchill Navigate 之前，必须使用安装程序安装 ThingWorx Foundation。有关安装 ThingWorx Foundation 的帮助，请访问 ThingWorx 帮助中心的 ThingWorx Foundation 安装程序。

使用安装程序安装 ThingWorx Foundation 后，运行许可证配置器，以接收具有 Windchill Navigate 授权的有效许可证。
卸载 ThingWorx Integration Runtime
如果已安装 ThingWorx Integration Runtime，请按照下表中与您的操作系统相关的说明将其卸载。

Windchill 要求
以下是 Windchill 的要求：

• 按照 Windchill 帮助中心的 Windchill 支持 TLS 1.2 和 TLC 1.3 主题中的说明，启用 TLS 1.2 或 TLS 1.3。此配置是确保 Windchill 连接按预期工作所必需的，尤其在设置 Windchill Navigate 以使用 Windchill 身份验证时更是如此。

• 要在 Windchill 中启用上传和下载请求，需按照本文中的相关说明，将 Windchill 配置为支持跨域资源共享 (CORS)。请确保 Windchill 和 ThingWorx 均使用相同的协议 (HTTP 或 HTTPS) 进行配置。PTC 建议使用安全连接 (HTTPS)。
将 Windchill 配置为允许 CORS 后，可执行以下操作：
◦ 将附件上传至“报告问题”任务。
配置 Windchill 时，用 ThingWorx 的 Web 地址更新 web.xml 文件中的 [ALLOWED_ORIGINS] 参数。例如，https://ThingWorxHost:Port。
◦ 例如，在使用“查看部件结构”任务时，下载附件以检索仅存在于 Windchill 副本电子仓库中的图形文件。
• 电子签名功能的先决条件：
Windchill 相关要求：在 Windchill Navigate 中配置电子签名之前，应确保满足 Windchill 帮助中心电子签名主题中所述的要求。对于单点登录配置，还需要执行 SSO 配置的电子签名验证中所述的一些附加步骤。
• 要确保从 Windchill 中获取正确的数据，请确保 Windchill Navigate 语言值与 Windchill 语言值相匹配。有关在 ThingWorx 中设置语言的帮助，请参阅添加一个不受 ThingWorx 支持的新语言。
• 对于 Apache Tomcat 9.0.90+ 和 10+ 版本，编辑 server.xml.default 文件，在后述各个连接器的定义末尾添加 discardFacades=false：AJP Connector、SOLR AJP Connector 和 HTTP Connector。server.xml.default 文件位于 <WT_HOME>/tomcat/conf 下。
