Creation
To create a Post:
From an Architectural Description or Service Description: right-click the Architectural Description or Service Description, point to New, point to NAF, point to Operational, and then click Post.
From a Post: right-click the Post, point to New, point to NAF, and then click Post.
Appearance
Relationships
The following relationships are of importance to a Post:
UML Generalizations define Post inheritance (NSV-1 Resource Specification).
Forecast relationships link a Post to forecasted future Post elements.
Implements relationships link a Post to the Node, elements it implements.
Is Capable Of Performing relationships to link a Post to the Function elements that can be performed by the Post.
Requires Competence and Typically Provides Competence relationships link a Post to the Competence elements that are required or provided by that Post.
Used as a type for Actual Post, Resource Port and Resource Role elements.
Used as a conveyed classifier for Operational Exchange elements.
