Commands (CM tool integration)
Configuration management tool integration commands appear in Model Explorer and Modeler:
• Model Explorer commands allow you to create replicas of models stored in CM tools.
To use this command you require a Modeler license and a CM Integration license. In addition, these commands are available only when the CM tool integration is enabled (Enable Configuration Management Integration check box selected for the General entry on the Model > Options dialog).
• Modeler Configuration Management commands allow you to work with your CM tool from Modeler.
To use this command you require a Modeler license and a CM Integration license. In addition, these commands are available only when the CM tool integration is enabled (Enable Configuration Management Integration check box selected for the General entry on the Model > Options dialog).
• Modeler Package Import/Export commands allow you to import and export packages without the use of a CM tool.
To use this command you require a Modeler license.
Model Explorer Commands
The Create Replica commands are available when you right-click a Database in Model Explorer.
Modeler Configuration Management Commands
The following command is available on the Modeler Model tab.
The following commands are available when you right-click a Model or Package, and then select Tools > Configuration Management.
• Diff
The following commands are available when you right-click a Model or Package, select Tools > Configuration Management, and then click Advance.
Modeler Package Import/Export Commands
The following commands are available when you right-click a Model or Package, and then select Tools > Package Import/Export.
