Adding a note to a diagram
You can annotate your diagram by adding notes. After adding a note, you can link it to one or more items on the diagram.
To add a note:
1. On the diagram tab, click the 
button.
button.2. On the diagram, click the location where you want to add the Note.
3. Type the required text.
To link a note to a diagram symbol:
1. On the diagram tab, click the 
button.
button.2. Click the Note you want to link.
3. Click the symbol or link icon to which you want to link the Note.
