To use Integration for MATLAB Simulink with a model in Modeler, you must add the Simulink Profile to that model.

After adding the Simulink Profile to a model, you can use the Integration for MATLAB Simulink commands that are added to the context menus of Modeler items.

The Simulink Profile makes use of SysML items in a model, for which you require the SysML Profile.
