Simulink context menu commands in Modeler (Integration for MATLAB Simulink)
After adding the Simulink profile to a model, the following context menu commands are available in Modeler.
In each case, the command is available on the Tools > Simulink Synchronizer sub menu.
Synchronize command
This command is available on the Tools > Simulink Synchronizer submenu when you right-click a Class, Requirement, background of an Internal Block Diagram or background of a Parametric Diagram.
This is also available on the Tools tab. On the Tools tab, click the arrow next to Simulink Synchronizer, and select Synchronize.
The Synchronize command starts Integration for MATLAB Simulink for the following purposes:
To export the item or diagram you right-clicked to a Simulink model.
To import a Simulink model into the item or diagram you right-clicked.
Use the Synchronize command to export a Modeler Parametric Diagram, Internal Block Diagram or Class from a Modeler model to a Simulink model the first time. Thereafter, you can use the Synchronize command to update Simulink objects and diagrams from a Modeler model, or to update Modeler items and diagrams from a Simulink model.
Find in Simulink command
This command is available on the Tools > Simulink Synchronizer submenu when you right-click an item or diagram that has been synchronized through Integration for MATLAB Simulink.
This is also available on the Tools tab. On the Tools tab, click the arrow next to Simulink Synchronizer, and select Find in Simulink.
The Find in Simulink command allows you to navigate from a Modeler item or diagram to its associated block diagram and object in the Simulink model.
