Showing or hiding stereotypes by default for new items on a diagram
1. Right-click the diagram background, and then click View Options.
2. Click the Stereotypes tab.
3. For every symbol in the left pane, you can change the corresponding property values in the Options tab.

The diagram View Options affect only new items that are added to the diagram.
