Temporal part (UPDM - MODAF aliases)
Creation
To create a Temporal Part:
• From an
Enterprise Phase or
Whole Life Enterprise: right-click the Enterprise Phase or Whole Life Enterprise, point to New, point to MODAF, and then click Temporal Part. On the Select Type dialog, create or select the Enterprise Phase or Whole Life Enterprise that is the type of the Temporal Part, or create an untyped Temporal Part.

Composite Association button, click the owning Enterprise Phase or Whole Life Enterprise, and then click the Enterprise Phase or Whole Life Enterprise that is the type of the Temporal Part. From the dialog, select Temporal Part.

Structural Part: right click the Temporal Part, point to Convert To, and then click Structural Part.
