Creation
To create a High Level Operational Concept:
From an Architectural Description or Service Description: right-click the Architectural Description or Service Description, point to New, point to MODAF, point to Operational, and then click High Level Operational Concept.
Appearance
When shown on an OV-1a High-level Operational Concept Graphic, a High Level Operational Concept appears as follows:
Note that when you create an OV-1a High-level Operational Concept Graphic, Modeler does not add the parent High Level Operational Concept to the diagram. To show the owning High Level Operational Concept on the diagram: right-click the background of the diagram, point to Populate, and then click Owner.
Relationships
The following relationships are of importance to a High Level Operational Concept:
Link a High Level Operational Concept to Mission and Mission Use Case elements that are abstract missions: right-click the Enterprise Goal, point to Links, and then click Abstract Missions.
