Creation
To create an Organizational Project Relationship:
• From a Project: right-click the Project, point to Links, point to Project, and then click Responsible Resource.
• From an Organization or Individual Person Role: right-click the element, point to Links, point to Project, and then click Project Responsibility.
Appearance
An Organizational Project Relationship does not appear on any diagrams.

Only the UPDM elements that can be created from all UPDM elements ( Representation, Definition, Information, and Metadata).
