Concept role (UPDM - DoDAF aliases)
Creation
To create a Concept Role:
◦ From a
High Level Operational Concept: right-click the High Level Operational Concept, point to New, point to DoDAF, and then click Concept Role.
On the Select Type dialog, create or select the element that is the type of the Concept Role, or create an untyped Concept Role.
▪ Click the Concept Role button, and then click in free space on the diagram (or the High Level Operational Concept if shown). On the Select Type dialog, create or select the element that is the type of the Concept Role, or create an untyped Concept Role.

Location Type,
Operational Context,
Performer (Operational),
Organization Type,
System Context,
Physical Location,
Person Role Type,
System,
Responsibility,
Security Domain,
Service Access, or
Software element.
