Referencing a diagram from an interaction frame on a sequence diagram
You can reference a Sequence Diagram or General Flow Diagram from an Interaction Frame (part decomposition) through the context menu of an Interaction Frame or through a drag-and-drop operation.

You cannot add an Interaction Frame to a Statement that owns stimuli.
You can un-reference a diagram through the Referenced Diagram > Unlink command.
To reference a diagram through the context menu:
1. On the Sequence Diagram, right-click the Interaction Frame, and select Referenced Diagram > Link.
2. Select the Sequence Diagram or General Flow Diagram you want to reference, and the click OK.
To reference a diagram through a drag-and-drop operation:
1. Open the Sequence Diagram.
2. In an appropriate pane, locate the Sequence Diagram or General Flow Diagram you want to reference.
3. Drag the diagram you want to reference to the Interaction Frame.
