Model item types (property)

Model Item Types is a property of a Tag Definition when set up as a Reference.
This property specifies the valid Model Item Types, to which an item can reference through the Tag Definition.
By default, the Model Item Types property is blank.
This property is set on the Type tab of the Tag Definition's Property Pages and is available only when the data type is Reference. A link between a Tag Definition and a model item type can be added or removed only from the Type tab of a Tag Definition's Property Pages.

• Model item types are not dictionary items as such. Linking a Tag Definition to a Model Item Type specifies that the Stereotype can be applied to items of that type.
• After publishing a Tag Definition, you cannot change the Data Type value.
