Making diagram symbols appear as they did in earlier versions of Modeler
The default presentation of diagrams in Modeler version 8.2 is different from that of versions 7.4, 7.3, 7.2 and 7.1, which in turn is different from that of version 7.0.
Note that changing the Default Presentation value does not affect the presentation of diagram nodes and flows that have had their presentation customized.
This procedure applies only to users that have owner access permissions to the model.
To make diagram symbols use the default presentation for Modeler 8.2 and later
1. Open the Model's Property Pages.
2. Click the Style tab.
3. In the Default Presentation list, select glossUML2.
Symbols that have default presentation will use the default appearance for Modeler version 8.2 or later, that is, 3D Beveled presentation of nodes and Rounded Waypoints presentation of flows with no shadowing.
To make diagram symbols appears as they did in versions 7.4, 7.3, 7.2 and 7.1
1. Open the Model's Property Pages.
2. Click the Style tab.
3. In the Default Presentation list, select glossUML.
Symbols that have default presentation will appear as they did in version 7.4, 7.3, 7.2 and 7.1, that is, 3D Beveled presentation of nodes and the Curved presentation of flows with shadowing.
To make diagram symbols appears as they did in 7.0
1. Open the Model's Property Pages.
2. Click the Style tab.
3. In the Default Presentation list, select standardUML.
Symbols that have default presentation will appear as they did in version 7.0, that is, Flat presentation of nodes and the Straight presentation of flows with no shadowing.
