Deleting models and packages (Model Manager)
Deleting models
To delete a model version:
1. Right-click on a model version in the Model Browser, and then select Perform Task.
2. The Perform Task dialog box opens. From the menu, select Delete.
3. Select Now, and then click Start.
4. To schedule the task for a later date or time, select Later, and then under Start Date and Start Time, select a date and time, and then click Schedule.
5. In the Executed Tasks table, ensure the task is completed.
6. In the Model Browser, confirm the model version is deleted.
To delete multiple model versions:
1. Right-click on a model in the Model Browser, and then select Perform Task.
2. The Perform Task dialog box opens. From the drop-down list, select Delete Multiple Versions.
3. Select Now, and then click Start.
4. To schedule the task for a later date or time, select Later, and then under Start Date and Start Time, select a date and time, and then click Schedule.
5. To schedule the task for a later date or time, select Later, and then under Start Date and Start Time, select a date and time, and then click Schedule.
6. Enter the range of version numbers to delete.
7. Click Analyze.
8. Review the list of versions selected for deletion. To delete all versions, select the Delete All checkbox.
9. Click Delete to confirm.
10. In the Executed Tasks table, ensure the task is complete.
11. In the Model Browser, confirm the model versions are deleted.
Deleting packages
To delete a package:
1. Right-click on a package in the Model Browser and then select Perform Task.
2. The Perform Task dialog box opens. From the drop-down list, select Delete.
3. Select Now, and then click Start.
4. To schedule the task for a later date or time, select Later, and then under Start Date and Start Time, select a date and time, and then click Schedule.
5. In the Executed Tasks table, ensure the task is complete.
6. In the Model Browser, confirm that the package is deleted.

On Delete scripts are not executed when deleting items in Model Manager.
