Modeling a Visual Basic class in a model (Visual Basic code)
A Visual Basic class is modeled through a Modeler Class.
To model a Visual Basic class in a model:
1. In the model, create the Class.
2. Right-click the Class, point to Links > Stereotypes, and then click VB Class.
3. If you want to generate the Class as a Visual Basic unit file, apply the «VB Unit» stereotype to the Class. See Modeling a Visual Basic unit file in a model (Visual Basic code).
4. Set the values of the Class' standard properties and Tag Definitions (applied by the «VB Class» and «VB Unit» stereotypes) as required.
For more information about how ACS generates the values of a Class' standard properties and Tag Definitions, see Class mapping for Visual Basic (Visual Basic code).
For information about setting the tagged value of a Tag Definition, see Setting a tagged value for an applied tag definition.
