Creation
To create an Enterprise Vision:
From an Architectural Description or Service Description: right-click the Architectural Description or Service Description, point to New, point to MODAF, point to Strategic, and then click Enterprise Vision.
From an StV-1 Enterprise Vision.

Vision Statement elements can be applied to an Enterprise Vision: on an StV-1 Enterprise Vision use a Note Link to connect the Vision Statement to the Enterprise Vision. Alternatively, right-click an Enterprise Vision, point to Links, and then click Statement.
