Creating a constraint block (SysML)
A Constraint Block can be owned by the Model, a Package, Block or Constraint Block.
Note that when you create a Constraint Block, Modeler creates an owned Constraint that is applied to that Constraint Block.
To create a constraint block:
1. In an appropriate pane, right-click the Model or Package that is to own the Constraint Block, point to New, point to SysML, point to Structure, and then click Constraint Block.

In an appropriate pane, right-click the Block or Constraint Block that is to own the Constraint Block, point to New, point to SysML, and then click Constraint Block.
2. Type the name of the Constraint Block, and then press the Enter key.
3. To specify the text of the Constraint that is applied to the new Constraint Block:
a. In the Packages pane, expand the Constraint Block, and then select the Constraint.
b. Open the Constraint's Property Pages, and then click the Full Text tab.
c. Type the text of the Constraint.
