The item's tag definitions are not being displayed on the diagram
Modeler does not show Tag Definitions that have blank tagged values, and Boolean Tag Definitions that are set to FALSE.
If the item's Stereotypes are not being shown, see The item's stereotypes are not being displayed on the diagram.
If the item's Tag Definitions are not shown on the item's Property Pages, see The stereotype's tag definitions are not being displayed on an item's property pages.
This problem can be caused by the item's Tag Definitions being hidden by the diagram.
To determine whether the item's View Options are hiding the Tag Definitions:
1. Right-click the item on the diagram, and then click View Options.
2. Click the Stereotypes entry.
3. If the Show Tags check box is cleared, the items Tag Definitions are hidden.
If you want to show Tag Definitions on the item, select the Show Tags check box.
To determine whether the diagram is hiding the item's Tag Definitions:
1. Right-click the diagram background, and then click View Options.
2. Click the Shown Tag Defs entry.
3. Click the Link button.
4. If the check boxes associated with the item's Tag Definitions are cleared, the diagram is hiding the item's Tag Definitions.
If you want to show the item's Tag Definitions, select the check boxes associated with the Tag Definitions you want to show, and then click OK. Alternatively, you can show a Tag Definition on all diagrams by selecting the Show on All Diagrams check box on the Stereotype's Property Pages.

As an alternative to using the View Options, you can select and clear Shown Tag Defs through the Items tab of a diagram's Property Pages.
