The Shown Tag Defs view options specify which Tag Definitions can be shown on the diagram:
If a Tag Definition appears in the list, that Tag Definition can be shown on the diagram.
If a Tag Definition is set up to be shown on all diagrams, that Tag Definition can be shown on the diagram whether it appears in the list or not.
If a Tag Definition does not appear in the list and is not set up to be shown on all diagrams, that Tag Definition cannot be shown on the diagram.
After specifying that a Tag Definition can be shown on a diagram, that does not mean that the Tag Definition will automatically be shown on the appropriate symbols:
• The view options of each diagram symbol can either show or hide Tag Definitions.
• A Tag Definition can be shown only if an associated Stereotype is shown.
• A Tag Definition is shown only if a tagged value is set.
To add Tag Definitions to the list, click the Link button, and then select the Tag Definitions you want to add to the list.
To remove Tag Definitions from the list, select the Tag Definitions you want to remove, and then click the Unlink button.
