Setting up a model so that all database users can open it
1. From Model Explorer, expand the database that contains the required Model.
2. Right-click the Model whose access permissions you want to define, and then click Access Permissions.
3. Select the Public Read check box.
4. Click OK.

• If global access permissions have been granted at the database level, all users of the database can open the Model.
• You can set the Model access rights through the Property Pages of the Model, which you can select in the Relationships and Packages panes in Modeler.
• You require Owner access permissions to a Model to set its access permissions.
• You cannot change the access permissions of a Model that is checked in to a CM tool.
