This property specifies that change tracking is enabled in the Model.
When change tracking is enabled, you can make changes in the Model only when a Change Note is active.
By default, the Enable Change Tracking check box is cleared in a new Model.
This property is set on the Change Tracking tab of a Model's property pages.
• To select this check box, you must have Owner access permissions to the Model.
• To clear this check box, you must have Owner access permissions to the Model and you must have an active Change Note.
