For automation interface information about the Attribute Order, see the automation interface topics in the Related Topics. The Attribute Order property determines the order in which the Attributes are stored, and therefore the order they are returned through the automation interface.
This property specifies the order in which the Attributes of a Class, Data Type, Interface, Signal, Model or Package are ordered. The Attribute Order determines in which order the Attributes are listed on the Items tab of the owning item's Property Pages.
This property can be of importance when generating code from Attributes. The order in which an item's Attributes are ordered determines the order in which the Attributes are generated by ACS.
By default, a new Attribute appears last in the Attribute Order.
This property can set on the Items tab of the Property Pages for the Class, Interface, Signal, Model or Package. To change the Attribute Order, select an Attribute in the list, and then click the required order button to change the Attribute's position. There are four order buttons:
You can also set the Attribute Order through the Packages and Relationships panes: Right-click the Attribute you want to move, and then click Move Up (Alt+Shift+Up) or Move Down (Alt+Shift+Up).
The following section provides information about the items and diagrams for which Attribute Order is a property. For more information about an item or diagram, click it.
