Processor type (dictionary item)

A Processor Type specifies the Clock Speed of linked Processors.
You can create a Processor Type through the context menu of a Package: right-click the Package, point to New, point to Proprietary, point to System Architecture Model, and then click Processor Type.

In the Modeler panes, a short-cut symbol on the Processor Type's icon indicates that the item is a stub.

Dependency - The Dependency is owned jointly by the Processor Type and the other associated item. The access permissions you have to a Dependency are determined by the access permissions of the dependent item.

In addition to the owning Package or Model, a Processor Type can be linked to the following items.
Package - The linked Package scopes the Processor Type. The Package may also control write access to the Processor Type.
