Importing and exporting models
To export a model:
1. Right-click on a model version in the Model Browser, and select Perform Task. The Perform Task dialog box opens.
2. From the menu, select Export.
3. Select Now, and then click Start.
4. To schedule the task for a later date or time, select Later, and then under Start Date and Start Time, select a date and time, and then click Schedule.
5. In the Executed Tasks table, ensure the task is complete.
6. To download the exported file, in the Executed Tasks table, left-click on the check mark next to the exported file task, and then select Download Result File. A zip file is created in your Download area.
To import a model:
1. Right-click on a database in the Model Browser, and select Perform Task. The Perform Task dialog box opens.
2. From the menu, select Import Model.
3. Select Now, and then click Start.
4. To schedule the task for a later date or time, select Later, and then under Start Date and Start Time, select a date and time, and then click Schedule.
5. Choose a file to import and then click Import Model.
6. In the Executed Tasks table, ensure the task is complete.
Importing and exporting packages
To export a package:
1. Right-click on a package in the Model Browser, and select Perform Task. The Perform Task dialog box opens.
2. From the menu, select Export, and then set the parameters for package export.
3. Select Now, and then click Start.
4. To schedule the task for a later date or time, select Later, and then under Start Date and Start Time, select a date and time, and then click Schedule.
5. Choose to export the selected package only or include sub-packages, then click OK.
6. In the Executed Tasks table, ensure the task is complete.
7. To download the exported file, in the Executed Tasks table, left-click on the check mark next to exported file task, and then select Download Result File. A zip file is created in you Download area.
To import a package into a model version or package:
1. Right-click on a model version in the Model Browser, and then select Perform Task. The Perform Task dialog box opens.
2. From the menu, select Import. The Select Import Package File dialog box opens.
3. Select Now, and then click Start.
4. To schedule the task for a later date or time, select Later, and then under Start Date and Start Time, select a date and time, and then click Schedule.
5. Choose a file to import and then click Import.
6. In the Executed Tasks table, ensure the task is complete.
