Linking an item or diagram to a note or link note
You can link an item or diagram to a Note or Link Note on a diagram. The Name of a linked item or diagram is displayed on the Note or Link Note, unless you have chosen to not show the name through the View Options.
A Stereotype can set up an item so that when that item is dragged to a diagram, Modeler creates a Note that is linked to the item that was dragged. For more information, see
Overview of setting up items to appear on any diagram type through stereotypes .
• If you delete an item that is linked to any Notes or Note Links on diagrams, Modeler deletes the associated Notes and Note Links from the diagrams.
