Find model items dialog - advanced tab
The Advanced tab of the Find Model Items dialog allows you to search for items using advanced criteria, such as, last date changed, last changed by and access permissions.
This dialog has the following controls:
Search Only for Unused Model Items check box—does not include the last changed date in the search criteria.
Ignore option—does not include the last changed date in the search criteria.
After option—find items that were last changed after the specified date and time.
After Date box—specifies the date after which an item must have been last changed.
After Time box—specifies the time of day for the specified date, after which an item must have been last changed.
Between option—find items that were last changed after the After date and time AND before the Before date and time.
Before option—find items that were last changed before the specified date and time.
Before Date box—specifies the date before which an item must have been last changed.
Before Time box—specifies the time of day for the specified date, before which an item must have been last changed.
Last Changed By (Can be One or More Names) box—specifies the user name of the user that last changed the items you are searching for.
Protected Status list—find items that are Protected or Unprotected. The Protected status of an item is specified through the Package or model that scopes the item. If you select Ignore, the Protected status is not included in the search criteria.
Ignore check box—does not include the access permissions in the search criteria.
User list—finds items for which the selected User has either Owner or Write access permissions for (as defined by the Rights list). If you want to ignore access permissions, select the Ignore check box in the Permissions group.
Rights list—finds items for which the selected User has either Owner or Write access permissions for. If you want to ignore access permissions, select the Ignore check box in the Permissions group.
Find Now button—searches for items using the search criteria you have set.
Close button—closes the dialog without searching for items.
Help button—opens this topic.
