Known issues caused by DOORS upgrade (Integration for IBM Rational DOORS)
If you install or upgrade DOORS after installing Modeler, Integration for IBM Rational DOORS will not work:
• If DOORS is installed and you are installing or upgrading Modeler, install Modeler and Integration for IBM Rational DOORS.
• If you install DOORS after installing Modeler, you must install Integration for IBM Rational DOORS through the Modeler installation program.
• If you upgrade DOORS, you must uninstall and reinstall Integration for IBM Rational DOORS through the Modeler installation program. If you experience problems using Integration for IBM Rational DOORS after upgrading DOORS, see

Note that if you upgrade DOORS without uninstalling and reinstalling Integration for IBM Rational DOORS and then open a module in DOORS that includes the Artisan DOORS View, the following error message is displayed:
-E- DXL: <Line:1> could not open include file (addins/PTC Integrity Modeler/utils/FileColumn.dxl) (No such file or directory)
Integration for IBM Rational DOORS is available for installation only if DOORS has been installed. If you are using a DOORS Workstation Client, you may need user rights to the computer on which the DOORS Server resides.
