If you upgrade DOORS without uninstalling and reinstalling Integration for IBM Rational DOORS and then open a module in DOORS that includes the Artisan DOORS View, the following error message is displayed:

-E- DXL: <Line:1> could not open include file (addins/PTC Integrity Modeler/utils/FileColumn.dxl) (No such file or directory)

To resolve this problem, uninstall Integration for IBM Rational DOORS, and then reinstall Integration for IBM Rational DOORS.
