On the Select Type dialog, create or select the element that is the type of the Performer Port, or create an untyped Performer Port. From the Direction dialog, select the direction of the Performer Port.

OV-2 Operational Resource Definition: click the Performer Port toolbar button, and then click the owning Performer (Operational) or Security Domain.

Problem Domain or

If the owner of the OV-2 Operational Resource Flow Description is not shown on the diagram, create a Performer Port on the diagram owner by clicking in free space.
◦ From an appropriate Modeler pane, locate the element that you want to use as the type of the Performer Port, and then drag that element to the owning Performer (Operational), Performer Role, Problem Domain or Security Domain element on the diagram. If a dialog is displayed, select Performer Port, and then click OK. From the Direction dialog, select the direction of the Performer Port.
If the owner of the OV-2 Operational Resource Flow Description is not shown on the diagram, create a Performer Port on the diagram owner by dragging the type to free space.
Note that when you create a Performer Port on a Performer Role or Problem Domain, the Performer Port is created on the type of the Performer Role or Problem Domain.
After creating a Performer Port you can set its direction, behavior, conjugation, multiplicity, read-only status and type: right-click the Performer Port, point to Set, and then click the required command.
