Service parameter (UPDM - NAF aliases)
Creation
To create a Service Parameter:
On the Select Type dialog, create or select the element that is the type of the Service Parameter, or create an untyped Service Parameter.
The type of a Service Parameter can be a
Capability Configuration,
Energy,
Exchange Element,
Geo Political Extent Type,
Logical Architecture,
Materiel,
Node,
Organization,
Physical Architecture,
Post,
Resource Artifact,
Responsibility,
Security Domain,
Service Access or
Software element.
A Service Parameter can be represented by a
Service Input Pin or
Service Input Pin on an
NOV-5 Operational Activity Model. You can create a Service Parameter when creating a Service Input Pin or Service Output Pin.
Appearance
A Service Parameter does not appear on any diagrams.
