Project parameter (UPDM - NAF aliases)
A Project Parameter is a proprietary element that is required to model UPDM in Modeler.
Creation
To create a Project Parameter:
• From a
Project Activity: right-click the Project Activity, point to New, point to NAF, and then click Project Parameter.
On the Select Type dialog, create or select the element that is the type of the Project Parameter, or create an untyped Project Parameter.
The type of a Project Parameter can be a
Capability Configuration,
Energy,
Exchange Element,
Geo Political Extent Type,
Materiel,
Organization,
Physical Architecture,
Post,
Resource Artifact,
Responsibility,
Service Access or
Software element.
A Project Parameter can be represented by a
Project Input Pin or
Project Input Pin or an
NPV-2 Project Activity Model. You can create a Project Parameter when creating a Project Input Pin or Project Output Pin.
Appearance
A Project Parameter does not appear on any diagrams.
