Model - Owner access permissions for Modeler users
Assign Model Owner access permission to Modeler users that are responsible for controlling access to a Model.

Users with Model Owner access permissions have these access permissions to the Model and its Packages.

Through Model Explorer:
Set Model access permissions
Import models (updating) (if you have owner access permissions to each Package in the Model)
Open models
Export models
Rename models
Delete models (if you have owner access permissions to each Package in the Model.
Version models (if you have owner access permissions to each Package in the Model)
Protect models (if you have owner access permissions to each Package in the Model)
Create branches (if Model is not protected, you also require write access permissions to each Package in the Model)
Reconcile branches (if tip version of model trunk is not protected, you also require write access permissions to each Package in the tip version of the Model trunk)
Through Modeler:
Set Model access permissions
Change items scoped by a Model
Create or delete Change Notes
Create and restore databases
Drop databases
Create, alter, and delete logins
Synchronize all groups
View Modeler databases
Set up database administrators
Start and stop databases
Add, change, and delete database principals
Optimize databases
Create models
Clone models
Import models (new)
Through Modeler:
Set Package access permissions
Set Package protection
Change items scoped by packages
Rename and Delete Packages
Publish Tag Definitions (linked to Stereotypes with model item types defined)
Add profile Packages (containing published Tag Definitions) to a Model
Create or delete Change Notes
