Resource output pin (UPDM - NAF aliases)
A Resource Output Pin is a proprietary element that represents a
Resource Parameter.
Creation
To create a Resource Output Pin:
◦ Click New Parameter to create a new Resource Parameter and a new Resource Output Pin to represent that Resource Parameter.
◦ Click the command for a Resource Parameter to create a new Resource Output Pin for that Resource Parameter.
The name of a Resource Output Pin is set to that of the Resource Parameter it represents.
On creation of a Function Action or Resource Operation Action, Modeler creates a Resource Output Pin to represent each Resource Parameter (Mechanism of Out or InOut) of the Resource Operation that is used as the type of the Function Action or Resource Operation Action.
Note that after creating a Function Action or Resource Operation Action, Resource Output Pin elements are not automatically created for new Resource Parameter elements that are created for the associated Resource Operation.
