Methods For Pasting Multiple Regions into Word
When you use the Ctrl+V or the Keep Source Formatting option for pasting:
The pasted content is such that each region’s relative horizontal and vertical position is preserved.
Regions that are too far to the right might become hidden in Word. You can see them if you make the page wider.
When you use the Merge Formatting option for pasting:
The content is pasted without any RTF boxes which makes it easier to edit your Word document.
Images appear one below the other.
