The examples in this tutorial illustrate the use of Arbortext IsoDraw CADprocess to create 3D drawings. It also provides information on organizing work and managing data.

When this tutorial refers to Arbortext IsoDraw, the information is applicable to both Arbortext IsoDraw Foundation and Arbortext IsoDraw CADprocess products.

We advise starting at the beginning of the exercises. The exercises build on each other and begin with basic exercises designed to familiarize the user with the specifics of the program. Functions that have been covered in detail in an earlier exercise may not necessarily be reexamined when they are to be reused in a subsequent exercise.

The exercises gradually become more complex and focus on practical examples. You will draw actual parts and become familiar with special functions that are important when generating a technical illustration.
