Creating Your Own Library Parts
Creating a Library File for Part Drawings that are Used on a Regular Basis

You learned how to work with library parts in Using the Library.
The library files that come with the program provide a comprehensive stock of useable library parts.
However, it is often the case that industry-specific parts or parts included in a company standard are regularly used in units or machines. As a result, the drawings of these parts also appear regularly in spare parts catalogs and other documentation.
This section provides all the information you need to use your own library parts.
After learning about the creation of a library file, you can practice adapting one that has already been created.
You will then be told all the important points to be considered as well as how and where to save the file.
When the file has been loaded into Arbortext IsoDraw, you can then use the new library parts in a practice drawing.
