The Integrity Lifecycle Manager 12.0 release provides many major enhancements in each of the following functional areas.
Architecture
Major architecture enhancement:
• Integrity Lifecycle Manager now uses Apache Tomcat as the server engine.
Server Configuration and Administration
Major server configuration and administration enhancements:
• Ability to select a supported preinstalled version of Oracle JRE while installing Integrity Lifecycle Manager.
• Ability to update the Integrity Lifecycle Manager client with a HotFix or a service pack without system administrator privileges.
Software Configuration Management
Major software configuration management enhancement:
• Introduction of intermediate states for a transactional change package in cases of broken connectivity with the server or a server crash, allowing the user to reattempt the operation or discard the changes.
Test Management
Major test management enhancement:
• Ability to add versioned test suites and versioned test cases to a test session and enter test verdicts for the versioned test cases.
