Server Configuration and Administration: Integrity Lifecycle Manager 12.0 New Features
The following new features have been added to Server Configuration and Administration in Integrity Lifecycle Manager 12.0.
The traditional application server JBoss used in Integrity Lifecycle Manager is replaced with Apache Tomcat 8.5 Web server
Integrity Lifecycle Manager now runs on the latest and stable Apache Tomcat 8.5 Web server, which offers the following benefits:
• Improved server start-up time
• Enhanced server security
• Low server memory footprint
• Improved stability
• Ability to monitor server with JMX technology
Support for users to install a HotFix or Service Pack
As of Integrity Lifecycle Manager 12.0, a user can update the Integrity Lifecycle Manager client with a HotFix or a service pack without the system administrator privileges. To install the HotFix or service pack, the user must have Full Control permissions for the client installation folder.
Ability to select a supported preinstalled Oracle JRE version
As of Integrity Lifecycle Manager 12.0, users can select a supported preinstalled version of JRE while installing any component of Integrity Lifecycle Manager.
