To Identify Trim Quilts in a Cavity Insert Assembly
In EMX, Ejector Pins and Lifters can be trimmed against a cut quilt surface. Use the Trim Faces dialog box to add or remove quilts. You can only use quilts marked as Trim Faces to trim ejector pins or lifters. When there are no quilts in the list, you cannot trim lifters.
1. Click > . The Trim Faces dialog box opens.
2. To remove a quilt, select it from the
Existing trim faces list, and then click
to remove the quilt from the list.
3. To add a quilt, click
, select a quilt in the graphics window, and then click
Close to close the dialog box.
Identify trim faces. The Trim Faces dialog box opens.
