Editing a Reason Tree
To edit a reason tree, complete the following steps:
1. You can edit information about a reason tree from multiple locations:
◦ On the Reason Trees page, select a reason tree and click Edit to open the reason tree details page.
◦ On the reason tree details page, in the identity pane, click Edit.
The identity pane on the reason tree details page opens in edit mode.
2. Update the name and description of the reason tree, as required, in the identity pane. Use the checkbox to enable or disable the reason tree.
3. Click Save to save the updated information. Any unsaved information is lost if you navigate away from the page or switch tabs on this page.
You can click Cancel to discard your changes.
Click Back to return to the Reason Trees page.
