Using Diagnostic Tools with Creo Schematics
Diagnostic Tools is a utility that is installed by default when you install any of the Creo applications. Click or clear the check box at the bottom of the Application Selection screen to enable or disable diagnostic reporting. By default, diagnostic reporting is enabled.
Diagnostic Tools helps you to collect information and send reports to PTC on the performance and usage of the Creo applications. Before clicking the check box, read the instructions in the data collection document. The link to the data collection document is at the bottom of the screen. See Installing and Configuring the Diagnostic Tools for more information on the uses of Diagnostic Tools.
